Tip of the Month:

• Seniors - After all the work of college applications and challenging classes, it is tempting to fall into a senior slump. Encourage your student to keep working hard for good grades and finish strong. Colleges can and do revoke the invitation to attend their school if a student fails to keep up to par.
  
  

• Juniors - Spend some time this month thinking about how your student should present herself to her prospective colleges. It is important to have a theme that runs throughout the application, essay, letters of recommendation, interviews, and school documents. It is essential to present a cohesive narrative.
  
  

• High School Students - Evaluate your student’s extracurricular profile and make adjustments. Are the activities providing growth opportunities, helping your student develop skills, or overcome weaknesses?
