Summer Teleseminar Series

Nights at the Round Table

Tuesdays, 8:30 p.m. CST

July 12 – August 16, 2011

Summer is rarely slow, yet it does provide a time to regroup and make plans for the coming year.  It is a time for families to re-think, to use the eraser, to get a wider view of what is possible.

To celebrate this season, we would like to invite you into our home to join Austin, Natalie, and me for the lively conversations that happen around our round dinner table.

I grew up with a round dining room table that my mother explained had no head or foot because we were all equal participants in this thing called life.  My kids also grew up with a round table and the same philosophy and our conversations are fast-paced, hilariously funny, and sometimes profound.

These Tuesday night calls are FREE and we invite you to join our fun as my adult children and I talk through things we’ve learned on the journey as well as answer your questions.   Here are our topics for this summer series:

  1. What is College Really Like? – July 12, 2011
Get an insider view of what life is really like on America’s top campuses.  Austin will talk about technical schools, Natalie will address the Ivy League, and they'll be happy to answer your questions.

  2. The Best Gifts to Give Your Child – July 19, 2011
Do your kids have what they need to succeed wherever God places them?  While there are many gifts and experiences you can give your children, come learn about some of the most important ones for real life.

  3. Mastering New Skills: The Big Picture for Academics, Extracurriculars, and Life – July 26, 2011
We’ll discuss the way we approached life through the lens of skill development and why that approach matters.

  4. Looking to the Future:  How to Get Direction for Life and Career – August 2, 2011
One of our most important jobs as a parent is to give our child enough life experience and insight into themselves that they can make good college and career decisions.  How do you go about doing that?

  5. What About Our Daughters? – August 16, 2011
We get so many questions regarding how to help daughters prepare for life.  My daughter, Natalie, joins me for this call to talk about the many challenges facing young women today.  If you have daughters, you won't want to miss this call!

These calls are absolutely FREE and nothing will be sold.

However, we need you to register via the form below so we can send you the conference line and access code.  The morning before each call, you’ll receive an email with the call-in instructions.  You can participate on a webcast or by phone so you can ask questions.

I hope you will join us!  We plan on laughing a great deal and sharing from the heart.

Blessings!

Jeannette
